Size Guide
Find your perfect fit before you order. All measurements follow UK standard sizing. If you fall between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up.
How to find your ring size
Paper strip
Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around your finger. Mark where it meets, then measure the length in mm. Match to the circumference column below.
Existing ring
Lay a ring flat and measure the internal diameter across the inside in mm. Match to the diameter column below.
Visit a jeweller
Any local jeweller can size your finger in under a minute at no charge. The most accurate method, especially for wider band styles.

Measure in the afternoon — fingers are at their smallest first thing in the morning.
Cold weather can reduce finger size by up to half a size. Avoid measuring in the cold.
For wide-band rings (6mm+), size up by half — they sit tighter than slim styles.
Between two sizes? Always size up for comfort.
How to measure your wrist
Paper strip
Wrap a strip of paper snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Mark where it meets, then measure the length in cm.
Soft tape
Use a flexible measuring tape held snugly (not tight) around the wrist and note the cm measurement.
For bangles only
Bring four fingers together and measure across your knuckles in cm — this is the diameter the bangle must pass over.
Bracelet sizing — chain, cuff & tennis
| Size | Wrist circumference | Bracelet length | Fit style |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 13–15 cm (5–6") | 16 cm (6.3") | Snug |
| S ★ | 15–16 cm (6–6.5") | 17 cm (6.7") | Close |
| M ★ | 16–17 cm (6.5–7") | 18 cm (7.1") | Comfortable |
| L ★ | 17–18 cm (7–7.5") | 19 cm (7.5") | Relaxed |
| XL | 18–20 cm (7.5–8") | 20 cm (7.9") | Loose |
Bangle sizing — rigid & hinged
| Size | Hand circumference (knuckles) | Inner bangle diameter |
|---|---|---|
| XS | Up to 17.5 cm | 5.7 cm |
| S ★ | 17.5–18.5 cm | 6.0 cm |
| M ★ | 18.5–19.5 cm | 6.3 cm |
| L ★ | 19.5–20.5 cm | 6.6 cm |
| XL | 20.5 cm+ | 6.9 cm |
Add 1–2 cm to your wrist measurement for a comfortable everyday fit.
For bangles, the knuckle measurement is critical — the bangle must slide over your hand.
Planning to stack? Size up by one so multiple pieces sit comfortably together.
Necklace length guide
The same chain length sits differently on each person depending on neck length and neckline. Use this visual guide to choose the right style for you.
V-necks and scoop necks suit princess or matinee length. High necklines pair best with longer opera or rope chains.
When layering, keep pieces at least 2" apart — e.g. 16", 18" and 22" — so each chain sits cleanly.
All Stella Jewels necklace lengths are measured end to end, including the clasp.
